Founded in 2009
What began as ‘five guys and a girl’ with a shared vision has evolved into one of the West Coast of Florida’s leading engineering firms. From those early days, Clearview Land Design has grown by embracing a culture rooted in collaboration, creativity, and continuous innovation. Every team member plays a vital role in shaping the environments we design, bringing unique skills and perspectives to each project. Toxey Hall
Principal, President
Toxey has been an industry leader for over 40 years. He has not only overseen the design and development of some of the most progressive and high-profile communities in Central Florida, but over the decades has influenced much of the policy that governs our current regulatory environment. Toxey enjoys traveling and anything that involves being outdoors.
Mike Smirch
Principal, Senior Vice President
Mike is a licensed civil engineer who has actively designed and permitted public and private street, drainage, water, and wastewater infrastructure for many existing residential master-planned communities in west-central Florida since 1998. During his off-time Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, hiking, camping, and reading.
Jordan Schrader
Principal, Vice President
Jordan began surveying real estate at a young age, now specializing in managing large and complex projects. With a deep history in Florida, his commitment to raising the bar in our industry and improving our state for future generations is unwavering. During his free time, Jordan enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his family and friends.
Our Culture
At Clearview, we cultivate an inclusive and supportive culture where employees can connect, celebrate, and grow together—both professionally and personally. We take pride in recognizing achievements big and small, from career milestones to personal triumphs. To encourage wellness, camaraderie, and shared experiences, we cover participation fees for activities such as 5K races, swimming competitions, and our annual softball team, making it easy for our team to enjoy time together both in and out of the workplace.
